The lifting device is the connecting link between mixer and
Pre-Extruder.
The gum mass, prepared in the mixer, is emptied into the
trolley of the lifting device placed in front of the mixer, by
tilting the trough. This gum trolley with the mass is then
pushed onto the traverse of the lifting device.
The bars on which the gum trolley is placed are lifted by
means of pull-chains until a limit switch stops the lifting. Now
the gum trolley is brought into a tilted position on top of the
hopper of the pre-extruder and empties the chewing gum
mass into the hopper.
In case of an automatic weight control of the pre-extruder,
the trolley can be emptied automatically as soon as the
minimum weight has been achieved.
The solid base frame of the lifting device serves as counter-
balance and as guide for the two pull-chains at which the
lifting device and the traverses are fastened.
The danger zone is equipped with a fence. In case of
access, the power will be interrupted.
Electrical equipment:
The machine is supplied ready for connection. The control is
affected by means of push-bottoms and a relay switch. Limit switches are built in for the top and bottom
stop of the lifting device.

O dispositivo de elevação é o que liga o misturador e a pré-extrusora.
A massa da goma, preparada no misturador, é esvaziada, por meio da inclinação da cuba no carrinho do dispositivo de elevação, posicionado em frente ao misturador. Esse carrinho de goma com a massa é então empurrado para o parapeito do dispositivo de elevação.
As barras nas quais o carrinho de goma está localizado são elevadas através de correntes transportadoras até que um sensor de proximidade cessa o içamento. O carrinho de goma é então posicionado inclinadamente no topo do funil da pré-extrusora e esvazia a massa de goma de mascar no funil.
Caso haja controle de peso automático da pré-extrusora o carrinho pode ser esvaziado automaticamente assim que o peso mínimo tiver sido alcançado.
A sólida estrutura de base do dispositivo de elevação funciona como contrapeso e serve de guia para as duas correntes transportadoras nas quais o dispositivo de elevação e os parapeitos estão fixados.
A zona de perigo está equipada com uma barreira. No caso de transposição da mesma, a energia será interrompida.
Equipamento elétrico:
A máquina é fornecida pronta para funcionamento. O controle é acionado através de botões e um relé. Sensores de proximidade estão disponíveis na barreira superior e inferior do dispositivo de elevação.
