The neuromuscular systems in the body can be affected by a number of diseases. These diseases all cause a loss of muscular control by disturbing the nerves which control the muscles. In muscular dystrophy, a chronic and inherited disease, the muscles gradually atrophy. A patient with Parkinson’s disease often exhibits uncontrollable shaking caused by basal ganglia dysfunctions. Multiple sclerosis victims suffer from a loss of muscular coordination in various parts of their bodies because of damage to nerve fibres. Unfortunately, none of these diseases is curable at present. All that can be done for a victim is to lessen the undesirable symptoms.

Kwota naszego zobowiązania będzie się automatycznie zmniejszała o kwoty ewentualnych wypłat dokonywanych przez nasz bank w ramach niniejszej gwarancji.
Nasza gwarancja nabiera ważności w dniu jej wystawienia i jest ważna do dnia ………… roku. Roszczenia z tytułu gwarancji powinny wpłynąć do naszego banku, najpóźniej w ostatnim dniu jej ważności. Po upływie tego terminu lub w przypadku wcześniejszej wypłaty pełnej kwoty gwarancji, gwarancja wygasa automatycznie i całkowicie, niezależnie od tego, czy jej oryginał zostanie zwrócony do naszego banku czy też nie. Zwrot oryginału niniejszej gwarancji przed upływem terminu jej ważności, będzie rozumiany jako zwolnienie nas z podjętych zobowiązań i upoważnienie do anulowania gwarancji.

Our warranty shall become effective as of the date of issue and shall expire on …. The warranty claims should reach our bank not later than on the last day of its validity. After the expiration date or in the event that the total warranty amount due has been paid, the warranty expires instantly and fully, regardless of whether its original copy is returned to our bank or not. The return of the original copy of this warranty before its expiration date shall be understood as a discharge of the bank of liabilities and an authorisation to abrogate the warranty.
This warranty is non-negotiable and cannot be transferred onto any third party.

Agreement
1. If the Purchaser does not pay XXX on time, XXX may:
(a) require that all future dealings be on the basis of cash payments at the time of
placement of an order;
(b) charge interest on any amounts overdue at a rate of 1.5% per month, accruing
from the due date until payment;
(c) without notice to the Purchaser withdraw or vary any credit facilities XXX has
previously provided to the Purchaser; and
(d) where delivery is by instalment, XXX may withhold indefinitely any further
instalments until full payment for prior instalments has been made.
2. If the Purchaser breaches any obligation under this Agreement, breaches any
obligation under any other contract with XXX, or becomes insolvent, XXX may
(in addition to its other rights):
(a) withhold deliveries of Goods under this Agreement;
(b) cancel any order;
(c) terminate this Agreement;
(d) suspend or terminate any other contract with the Purchaser by giving written
notice.

b) pobrać odsetki od każdej zaległej kwoty spłacanej po terminie w wysokości 1,5% na miesiąc, które to odsetki narastają od daty nie wywiązania się z płatności, aż do całkowitej jej spłaty;
c) bez powiadomienia Nadawcy wycofać lub zmienić warunki udogodnień kredytowych uprzednio przyznanych Nabywcy przez spółkę XXX; oraz
d) w przypadku dostawy ratalnej, spółka XXX może wstrzymać dostawę dalszej partii towaru na czas nieokreślony, aż do momentu spłaty należności za partie towaru już dostarczone.
2. Jeżeli Nabywca naruszy zobowiązania, do jakich obligują go warunki umowy lub naruszy jakiekolwiek zobowiązanie, do jakich obliguje go jakakolwiek umowa lub stanie się niewypłacalny, spółka XXX może (poza innymi prawami):

When atherosclerosis affect the carotid and vertebral arteries (which supply blood to the brain), a stroke may result, causing paralysis (paralytic stroke) and sometimes affecting speech and brain function. Atherosclerosis can also weaken the aorta wall, causing it to develop a balloonlike structure called aneurysm. Large aneurysms can rapture, causing fatal haemorrhage. Patient can decrease the likelihood of developing atherosclerosis by cutting down on the consumption of fats, cutting out cigarettes, and getting adequate exercise.
Less serious but still frightening is the condition called angina pectoris, chest pains that occur when the heart muscle does not get enough oxygen (often because of a temporary spasm of a vessel). An attack is usually caused by overexertion and can be relieved by rest and nitroglycerin tablets.

Gdy miażdżyca zaatakuje tętnicę szyjną oraz kręgową (dostarczające krew do mózgu), może nastąpić udar powodujący paraliż (udar porażenny) oraz wpływający czasem na mowę i funkcje mózgu. Miażdżyca może również osłabić ściany aorty, powodując powstanie struktury w kształcie balonika – tj. tętniaka. Duże tętniaki mogą pęknąć, powodując śmiertelny krwotok. Pacjenci mogą obniżyć prawdopodobieństwo pojawienia się miażdżycy zmniejszając spożycie tłuszczów, rezygnując z palenia papierosów i wykonując stosowne ćwiczenia.
Dusznica bolesna jest mniej poważną, ale mimo to przerażającą chorobą. Przejawia się ona bólem w klatce piersiowej, gdy mięsień sercowy nie otrzymuje wystarczającej ilości tlenu (często z powodu chwilowego skurczu naczynia). Atak jest zazwyczaj wywołany nadmiernym wysiłkiem i może być złagodzony poprzez wypoczynek lub dzięki tabletkom nitroglicerynowym.
