Source text - English This License agreement is effective from the date it is executed by each party until it is terminated. Licensee may terminate this License agreement
at any time by destroying or returning to XXX all copies of the Software and documentation in his possession or under his control. XXX may terminate this License agreement on notice to Licensee if XXX finds that Licensee has violated any of the terms of this License agreement. Such termination by XXX shall be in addition to and without prejudice to such rights and remedies as may be available to XXX including injunction and other equitable remedies. Upon notification of termination, Licensee agrees to cease using the Software, destroy or return to XXX all copies of the Software and documentation and to certify in writing within ten (10) days thereafter, that Licensee has
complied with the foregoing and that all known copies, including backup copies, have been destroyed or returned. All provisions relating to
confidentiality, proprietary rights, and on-disclosure shall survive the termination of this Software License agreement.
Translation - German Dieser Lizenzvertrag gilt ab dem Datum seiner Ausführung durch jede der Parteien bis zur seiner Beendigung.
