Original notes from banks about opening of bank accounts (in foreign currency and in Russian rubles) of the subject of FEA (code of Russian Classification of Enterprises and Organisations of the bank and correspondent account should be m entioned in the documents).
Certificate from the Ministry of Taxation Inspection Board about registration of alterations with the Official Single Register of Legal Entities (in case of changes that occurred after registration or in the case of re-registration), or its copy certified either notarially or by the issuing authority.
Certificate of re-registration in accordance with the Federal Statute 揝tate Registration of the Legal Entities?for the subjects of the FEA registered before July 1, 2002 at the place of the state registration of the subject of the FEA, or a copy either certified notarially or by the public authority.
Order of the founder appointing the general director, certified by the official stamp of the legal entity.
Letter of appointment of the chief accountant, certified by the official stamp and the signature of the general director member of the FEA.
Certificate of the State Registration Chamber under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation (for the members of the FEA registered before July 1, 2002), in the case of the enterprise with 100% foreign capital, or its copies certified either notarially or by the issuing authority.
Copies of the documents certifying the identity of the persons responsible for the financial and economic matters of the subject of the FEA, certified by the official stamp of the legal entity.
Certificate of the state accreditation either of the branch or the representation of the foreign legal entity, or its copies certified either notarially or by the issuing authority.
Individual entrepreneurs
Certificate of the state registration as an individual entrepreneur, or a copy certified either notarially or by the issuing authority.
