Source text - English Acute administration of SSRI citalopram caused marked increases in 5-HT concentrations in microdialysates from all brain structures examined, in agreement with earlier studies (Millan et al., 1999, 2001) showing the ceiling effect of citalopram administered at this dose on extracellular 5-HT levels in the rat brain. Accordingly, citalopram did not change the levels of NA and DA in the PFC and Nacc, while in the Hipp the overall deltaAUC value for DA was slightly higher in citalopram-treated anesthetized but not awake rats. Interestingly, a recent study demonstrated that citalopram, did not change the basal DA and NA overflow in the PFC but when given at a higher dose (10 mg/kg s.c.) it increased DA and NA concentrations in the parietal and occipital cortices (Valentini et al., 2005).

use the SAM to access the catalog of Applications made available through the Marketplace. In the event that you
wish to purchase an Application, you will be required to establish an account with SlideME and select a payment
method and/or payment processor (such as PayPal). You may then purchase and download one (1) copy of the
Application, solely for your own use on your Android-enabled device, and not for resale or redistribution. You
acknowledge and agree that SlideME may debit your account for each Application that you purchase through the
Marketplace. SlideME may implement a "digital locker" feature enabling you to re-download your purchased
Applications at no additional fee, solely for use on the Android-enabled device onto which you originally
downloaded the Application, in which event each copy downloaded from the digital locker will be subject to the
restrictions specified in this Agreement. Your use of each Application will be subject to any additional terms
and conditions that are included with the Application by the Application\'s developer at the time of purchase ( Developer-Specified Terms
). You acknowledge and agree that SlideME is not a party to and shall have no legal obligations or liability
with respect to any Developer-Specified Terms or other agreements between you and the Developer, and that in the
event of any conflict between Developer-Specified Terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this
Agreement will prevail. nn (c)Restrictions. You will not: (i) copy, modify or distribute the SAM or
Applications for any purpose; (ii) transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the SAM or
Applications to any third party; (iii) decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works of
the SAM or Applications; (iv) make the functionality of SAM or Applications available to multiple users through
any means; or (v) use the SAM or Applications in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner
inconsistent with this Agreement. nnProprietary Rights. You agree that SlideME and its licensors own
all right, title and interest in and to the SAM, including any content provided in or accessible through the SAM
and all intellectual property rights therein. Developers own all right, title, and interest in and to the
Applications. You will not remove, delete or in any manner alter the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary
rights notices or markings appearing on or incorporated in the SAM or Applications. nn SAM and Application Usage Requirements.
nn (a) Your use of any Application is subject to any additional terms and conditions provided by the developer
of that Application. You assume all responsibility and risk of use of any Application and SlideME hereby
disclaims any and all liability to you or any third party related thereto. SlideME does not have any obligation
to examine or scan Applications for any purpose, and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness,
appropriateness or legality of any Application. The fact that an Application is available from the Marketplace
is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of SlideME\'s affiliation with any third party, nor is it
an endorsement of such Application and you hereby waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or
may have against SlideME with respect thereto. nn (b) You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and
regulations when using the SAM or Applications. You will not, directly or indirectly: (i) alter, modify, delete
or otherwise interfere with any content, advertising, services and/or features contained on or accessible though
the SAM or Applications, except as expressly permitted by the Application; (ii) transmit, email or post by means
of the SAM or an Application any material that would interfere with the functionality of the SAM, or that
contains software viruses, backdoors, Trojan horses, or other malware, or that otherwise attempts to scrape User
data from the Marketplace; or (iii) use the SAM or an Application to disseminate content that infringes a third
party\'s intellectual property rights. nnRepresentations and Warranties. You represent and warrant
that: (i) you have all the rights, power and authority (including without limitation all required third party
licenses or permissions) to engage in the activity contemplated by this Agreement; (ii) you will not upload or
post to the SlideME Marketplace material which is unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory
or hateful or that contains objects or symbols of hate, invades the privacy of any third party, violates any
third party\'s intellectual property rights, contains any pornography, erotica, child pornography or child
erotica, is deceptive, threatening, abusive, inciting of unlawful action, defamatory, libelous, vulgar or
violent or constitutes hate speech or is otherwise objectionable in the opinion of SlideME; and (iii) you are
responsible for all activity related to or content provided on your Handset, and SlideME disclaims any and all

applications. the SAM and applications are provided to you "AS IS" WITHOUT any WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SlideME

n Term and Termination.
nn (a) This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. SlideME may terminate this Agreement
without notice, at any time and for any reason. You may terminate it at any time by removing and/or deleting the
SAM and Applications from your Handset. This Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you breach
any term of this Agreement. nn (b) Upon any termination, you will promptly remove and/or delete the SAM and
destroy any copies of any Application in your possession or control. Sections 2, 4, 5, 6(b), 7, 8 and 9 will
survive any termination of this Agreement. nnIndemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SlideME
and its officers, directors, and employees harmless from and against any loss, liability, costs or expenses
(including but not limited to reasonable attorney\'s fees) arising from or incurred as a result of: (i) any
third party claims, to the extent that such claims relate to or are based on your breach of this Agreement; (ii)
your downloading, display, or use of the SAM or Applications; and (iii) any claim that your Android enabled
device or any content therein infringes any third party\'s intellectual property rights. Limitations of
Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL SlideME BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) OR FOR the cost of procuring substitute
products ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF the SAM or applications, WHETHER SUCH
LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR
OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SlideME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. THE FOREGOING
LIMITATIONS WILL SURVIVE AND APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT IS FOUND TO HAVE
FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN ANY CASE, SlideME\'s ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT
WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS OF THE FEES THAT YOU PAID FOR the SAM or applications (IF ANY). Some jurisdictions
do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. General Provisions. This Agreement will be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to or application of conflicts
of law rules or principles. Any claim or dispute between you and SlideME that arises in whole or in part under
this Agreement shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Seattle, Washington.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply. You may not
assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights granted hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without
SlideME\'s prior written consent, and any attempt by you to do so, without such consent, will be void and of no
effect. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies
under this Agreement will be without prejudice to its other remedies under this Agreement or otherwise. The
failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of future
enforcement of that or any other provision. Any waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of this
Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. If any
provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the
maximum extent possible and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement is the
complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and
supersedes all proposals, understandings or communications between the parties, oral or written, regarding its
subject matter, unless you and SlideME have executed a separate agreement.

nn SAM और एप्लिकेशन के इस्तेमाल संबंधी जरूरी बातें।
nn (a) किसी भी एप्लिकेशन का आपका इस्तेमाल एप्लिकेशन के डेवलपर द्वारा एप्लिकेशन पर लगाए गए अतिरिक्त शर्तों के अधीन होगा। किसी भी एप्लिकेशन के इस्तेमाल की जिम्मेदारी और उससे जुड़े जोखिम आपको उठाने होंगे तथा इस संबंधित या किसी तीसरे पक्ष से संबंधित हर दायित्व से SlideME का कोई वास्ता नहीं होगा। किसी भी उद्देश्य से एप्लिकेशन की जांच-पड़ताल या परीक्षण का दायित्व SlideME का नहीं होगा, और न ही यह किसी भी एप्लिकेशन की परिशुद्धता, संपूर्णता या उसकी उपयुक्तता के लिए जिम्मेवार होगा। मार्केटप्लेस से एप्लिकेशन का उपलब्ध होना यह नहीं दर्शाता है कि यह किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष के साथ SlideME के एफिलिएशन को अनुमोदित, प्राधिकृत या निरूपित करता है, न ही यह ऐसे एप्लिकेशन को अनुमोदित करता है और इसके द्वारा आपका इस संबंधित SlideME के विरुद्ध कोई भी कानूनी या न्यायसंगत अधिकार अथवा कोई प्रतिकार का दावा नहीं बनता है।
nn (b) SAM या एप्लिकेशन के इस्तेमाल में आपको लागू होने वाले सभी कानूनों, नियमों और विनियमनों के अनुपालन के लिए सहमत होना पड़ता है। प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष किसी भी तरह आप: (i) SAM या एप्लिकेशन में दी गई या उसके जरिए उपलब्ध होने वाली किसी भी सामग्री में फेरबदल, रूपांतरण नहीं करेंगे और न ही उन्हें मिटाएंगे अथवा किसी भी सामग्री, विज्ञापन, सेवा और/या फीचर में किसी प्रकार का कोई हस्तक्षेप नहीं करेंगे, सिवाय उनके जिनकी अनुमति एप्लिकेशन में दी गई है; (ii) SAM की फंक्शनैलिटी को प्रभावित करने वाली सामग्री या सॉफ्टवेयर वायरस, बैकडोर, ट्रोजन हॉर्सेस या अन्य मालवेयर वाली सामग्री या जो मार्केटप्लेस से यूजर डेटा को हटाने का प्रयास करे, ऐसी किसी भी सामग्री को SAM या किसी एप्लिकेशन के जरिए ट्रांसमिट, ईमेल या पोस्ट नहीं करेंगे; अथवा (iii) किसी तीसरे पक्ष के बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का हनन करने वाली सामग्री के प्रसार के लिए SAM या किसी एप्लिकेशन का इस्तेमाल नहीं करेंगे।
nnअभिवेदन और वारंटीज. आप अभिवेदित कर वारंट करते हैं कि: (i) इस समझौते द्वारा अपेक्षित सभी क्रियाकलापों में शामिल होने के लिए आपके पास सारे अधिकार, शक्ति और प्राधिकार हैं (जिसमें बिना किसी प्रत्बंध के शामिल हैं सभी आवश्यक तृतीय पक्ष लाइसेंस या अनुमति); (ii) आप कोई भी ऐसी सामग्री SlideME मार्केटप्लेस को पोस्ट नहीं करेंगे या उसपर अपलोड नहीं करेंगे जो गैरकानूनी, अश्लील, हानिकारक, धमकी भरा, आक्रामक, अपमानजनक या विद्वेषपूर्ण हो अथवा जिसमें नफरत फैलाने वाली चीजें या ऐसे चिह्न हों या जो तीसरे पक्ष की निजता, उसके बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का हनन करता हो या ऐसी सामग्री जिसमें को पोर्नोग्राफी, बाल पोर्नोग्राफी या किसी प्रकार की कामोत्तेजक सामग्री हो, या जिसमें कोई ठगी, धमकी भरा, अपमानजनक, गैरकानूनी, निंदात्मक, घृणित या हिंसक तत्व हों या जो SlideME की नजर में आपत्तिजनक हों; एवं (iii) आपके हैंडसेट पर उपलब्ध सामग्री से संबंधित क्रियाकलाप के लिए आप जिम्मेदार होंगे और SlideME पर इनसे संबंधित कोई भी जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी। nnडिस्क्लेमरnn

n (b) SAM द्वारा kXML2 ओपन सोर्स लाइब्रेरी का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। kXML2 को BSD लाइसेंस के तहत लाइसेंस प्राप्त है। कॉपीराइट (c) इस सॉफ्टवेयर और संबंधित डॉक्युमेंटेशन फाइल (the "Software") की कॉपी हासिल करने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को इसे इस्तेमाल करने, इसकी कॉपी करने, इसका रूपांतरण करने, इसे मर्ज, पब्लिश, डिस्ट्रिब्यूट, सबलाइसेंस और अथवा सॉफ्टवेयर की कॉपी को बेचने के असीमित अधिकार सहित इसकी निर्बाध बिक्री के लिए एतद द्वारा निःशुल्क अनुमति निम्नलिखित शर्तों के साथ प्रदान की जाती है: उपरोक्त कॉपीराइट सूचना और यह अनुमति सूचना सभी प्रतियों के साथ दी जाएंगी या सॉफ्टवेयर के मुख्य हिस्से पर अंकित की जाएंगी। सॉफ्टवेयर के साथ "AS IS" बिना किसी एक्सप्रेस या इम्प्लाइड वारंटी के दिया गया है जिसमें अन्य बातों के अलावा शामिल हैं मर्चैंटैबिलिटी, किसी खास उद्देश्य के लिए फिटनेस और नॉन इनफ्रिंजमेंट की वारंटी। किसी भी स्थिति में निर्माता या कॉपीराइट धारक किसी भी दावे, खराबी या अन्य दायित्वों के लिए जवाबदेह नहीं होंगे चाहे वे अनुबंध कार्य, किसी प्रकार की क्षति अन्यथा ऐसे नुकसान जो सॉफ्टवेयर से जुड़े हों या सॉफ्टवेयर से जुड़े अन्य व्यवहारों से उपजी क्षति ही क्यों न हो।

n समय सीमा और समापन. nn (a) जब तक किसी पक्ष द्वारा इसे भंग न किया जाए यह समझौता प्रभावी रहता है। SlideME द्वारा इस समझौते को बिना कोई सूचना दिए, किसी भी समय और किसी भी कारण से समाप्त किया जा सकता है। अपने हैंड सेट से आप SAM और एप्लिकेशन को डिलीट कर किसी भी समय इसे बंद कर सकते हैं। इस समझौते के किसी भी शर्त को आपके द्वारा भंग किए जाने पर यह समझौता स्वतः समाप्त हो जाएगा। nn (b) किसी भी समाप्ति पर आपको तुरंत SAM को हटा देना चाहिए या डिलीट कर देना चाहिए और आपके अधिकार या नियंत्रण में रहने वाले एप्लिकेशन की किसी भी कॉपी को आप नष्ट कर दें। सेक्शन 2, 4, 5, 6(b), 7, 8 और 9 इस समझौते की किसी भी समाप्ति को सर्वाइव करेगा। nnक्षतिपूर्ति. किसी भी प्रकार की क्षति, देयता या लागत के लिए आप SlideMEऔर इसके अधिकारियों, डायरेक्टरों और कर्मचारियों पर किसी प्रकार की कोई आंच न आने देने या उन्हें किसी भी तरह की क्षतिपूर्ति की भागी न बनाने के लिए सहमत हैं (जिसमें अन्य बातों के अलावा शामिल है अटॉर्नी के शुल्क की कोई बड़ी राशि) जिसकी स्थिति इस कारण उत्पन्न हो सकती है: (i) किसी तीसरे पक्ष का उस सीमा तक दावा कि ऐसे क्लेम आपके द्वारा इस समझौते के उल्लंघन से संबंधित हों; (ii) आपकी डाउनलोडिंग, डिस्प्ले, अथवा SAM या एप्लिकेशन का इस्तेमाल; और (iii) कोई भी ऐसा क्लेम कि आपका एंड्रॉइड सक्षम डिवाइस या इसकी कोई सामग्री किसी तीसरे पक्ष के बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का हनन करता हो।
देयता की सीमाएं।
किसी भी स्थिति में SlideME किसी प्रत्यक्ष, विशेष, स्थितिगत, कठोर, दंडात्मक अथवा परिणामी क्षतियों (प्रयोग, डेटा, बिजनेस या लाभ की हानि समेत) या वैकल्पिक उत्पाद प्राप्त करने की लागत जो इस समझौते से उपजी हो अथवा इससे जुड़ी हो, अथवा SAM या ऐप्लिकेशन से संबंधित हो, यह आपके प्रति जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा, भले ही ऐसी जिम्मेदारी जो अनुबंध, वारंटी, हानि (लापरवाही समेत), कठोर देयता पर आधारित किसी दावे से उपजती हो, अथवा SlideME को ऐसी हानि या क्षति की संभाववा के लिए सुझाव दिया गया अथवा न दिया हो।
पूर्ववर्ती पाबंदियां चालू तथा लागू रहेंगी, भले ही इस समझौते में वर्णित कोई सीमित उपचार अपने उद्देश्य में असफल क्यों न पाया जाता हो, यह आपके प्रति जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
किसी भी स्थिति में इस समझौते के किसी प्रावधान के तहत SlideME की संपूर्ण देनदारी SAM या ऐप्लिकेशन (यदि कोई हो) के लिए आपके द्वारा दी गई राशि से अधिक नहीं हो सकती।
कुछ न्यायाधिकारक्षेत्र स्थितिगत या परिणामी क्षतियों की जिम्मेदारी पर पाबंदी या बहिष्करण लागू नहीं करते हैं, इसलिए उपरोक्त पाबंदी या बहिष्करण आप पर लागू नहीं हो सकते हैं।
सामान्य प्रावधान।
यह समझौता वाशिंगटन प्रांत के कानूनों के अनुरूप संचालित तथा लागू होगा, जिसमें संघर्ष कानून के नियमों या सिद्धांतों के अनुप्रयोग का कोई स्थान नहीं होगा।
आपके तथा SlideME के बीच कोई दावा या विवाद, जो इस समझौते के पूर्ण या किसी हिस्से पर उत्पन्न होता है, उसपर सिएटल, वाशिंगटन के अधिकारक्षेत्र में स्थित उचित न्यायालय द्वारा सुनवाई की जाएगी।
मालों की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बिक्री पर युनाइटेड नेशंस कंवेंशन ऑन कॉन्ट्रैक्ट्स लागू नहीं होगा।
आप इस समझौते या इसके तहत मिले किसी अधिकार को कानूनी या अन्य तरीके से बिना SlideME के पूर्व लिखित सहमति के हस्तांतरित नहीं कर सकते हैं, ऐसा करने पर बिना इस प्रकार की सहमति के वह हस्तांतरण रिक्त और अप्रभावी हो जाएगा।
इस समझौते में स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख करने के अलावा दोनों पक्षों द्वारा इस समझौते के तहत संपन्न कोई भी उपचार इस समझौते या अन्य के तहत अन्य उपचार के प्रति बिना पूर्वाग्रह वाला होगा। दोनों पक्षों द्वारा इस समझौते के किसी प्रावधान को लागू करने में असफल रहने पर भविष्य में कोई छूट नहीं मिलेगी।
इस समझौते के प्रावधान की कोई छूट, सशोधन या सुधार केवल तभी प्रभावी होगा, जब वह लिखित रूप में दोनों पक्षों के अधिकृत प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित हो।
यदि इस समझौते का कोई प्रावधान अबाध्यकारी अथवा अवैध पाया जाता है, तो उस प्रावधान को हरसंभव रूप से लागू किया जाएगा और अन्य प्रावधान पूर्ण प्रभाव तथा शक्ति के साथ जारी रहेंगे।
जबतक आप तथा SlideME एक पृथक समझौता नहीं करते, तबतक यह समझौता सभी पक्षों के बीच इसकी विषय-वस्तुओं के बारे में पूर्ण तथा विशेष समझ तथा सहमति प्रदान करता है तथा सभी पक्षों के बीच के प्रस्तावों, सहमतियों अथवा इसकी विषय-वस्तु से संबंधित लिखित या मौखिक संवाद का अधिक्रमण करता है।
