І. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT.
DEFINITIONS
Art.1. The EMPLOYER assigns and the EXECUTOR agrees to execute with, their own heavy machinery –the EXECUTOR, the next activities:
а) Excavation, measured over theoretical profile, for any kind of soil, including rippable materials (without rock material), for land stripping and big surfaces from the alingment or from a borrow pit.
b) Loading, transport and unloading of materials, included in cl.“а”, from and to the specific site to be used or to a construction waste site.
c) Grading the stripping bottom, preparing the accesses to the site, path execution and maintenance, including later grading with or without adding material, according to Project Specifications.
d) Superimposing, spreading out, wetting or drying up (if necessary – wait for drying), compacting up to the necessary level to form embankments of raw aggregates or raw stones, backfills for strengthening the structures, approach embankments to existing road, with the help of a 15-ton roller. The formed thick layer, theoretically measured over profile and according to Specification shall be 30 cm. formed with material coming from the excavation, borrow pit or quarry, also including preparing the settlement, grading the slopes, and spreading out, and covering with topsoil every two meters along the embankment slope, coming from the neighbouring or temporary stock piles.

І. ПРЕДМЕТ НА ДОГОВОРА. ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ
Чл.1. ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ възлага, а ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ се съгласява да извършва, със собствени пътно-товарните превозни средства следните дейности:
а) Изкопни работи, измерени на въз основа на проектни чертежи, за какъвто и да е вид почва, включително раздробими материали (без скална маса), за премахване горния слой почва на големи площи от трасето или от заимстван изкоп.
б) Товарене, транспорт и разтоварване на почвата и материалите посочени в т.„а” от и до определена работна зона или до място за съхранение на строителни отпадъци.
в) Изравняване на земни терени, подготвяне достъпа до работната площадка, изпълнение на трасета и поддръжка, включително и по нататъшно изравняване с или без добавка на материал, според проектната спецификация.
г) Наслагване, разстилане, навлажняване или сушене (ако е необходимо – изчаква се да изсъхне), уплътняване до необходимото ниво за оформянето на диги от несортирани инертни материали или необработен камък, засипки за укрепване на конструкцията, подходни диги до съществуващ път с помощта на валяк15 т . Измерен възоснова на проектни чертежи и според Спецификацията оформеният дебел слой следва да е с дебелина 30 см. и оформен с материал от изкопни работи, заимстван изкоп или кариера, включително и извършване на улягане, изравняване на откосите на пътя и разстилане и покриване с почвен слой на всеки два метра по наклона на откоса, взета от близки или междинни места за съхранение на почвата.
