Why is this study being done?
We are asking for your consent to share information because you have become pregnant while your partner was taking part in a study of experimental drug called xx in combination with lomustine, temozolomide (TMZ), and radiation.
The study drug, xx, works by trapping tumor suppressor proteins within the cell nucleus and this is expected to cause the cancer cells to die or stop growing.
Selinexor has previously been tested in humans to determine a proper dose to be given.
It is not known at this time if xx will treat individual cancer.
Selinexor is currently being tested in other clinical trials in participants with advanced cancers.
This study will examine the effects, if any, of xx on cancer and body including any side effects.

El medicamento del estudio, xx, actúa al atrapar las proteínas supresoras de tumores dentro del núcleo de la célula y se espera que cause la destrucción o la detención de la proliferación de las células cancerosas.
Xx se ha evaluado anteriormente en seres humanos para determinar una dosis adecuada para administrar.
En este momento no se sabe si xx tratará su cáncer en particular.
