Wszelkie fotografie, specyfikacje, próbki oraz inne podobne elementy stanowią informację handlową mającą na celu wyłącznie ułatwienie stronom prowadzenia negocjacji zmierzających do zawarcia Umowy Sprzedaży i nie stanowią jakichkolwiek zapewnień Sprzedającego co do oferowanych towarów handlowych. Powyższe informacje nie mogą stanowić podstawy do kwestionowania dostarczonych przez Sprzedającego towarów handlowych, interpretacji postanowień Umowy Sprzedaży oraz kierowania przez Kupującego jakichkolwiek roszczeń wobec Sprzedającego. Wszelkie ustalenia stron, w tym dotyczące określenia nabywanych towarów handlowych określa Umowa Sprzedaży.
6. W przypadku gdy Kupujący prześle Sprzedającemu zamówienie na zakup określonych towarów handlowych, zamówienie Kupującego poczytuje się jako zaproszenie do podjęcia negocjacji w sprawie zawarcia umowy Sprzedaży, o których mowa w ust. 1. Powyższe stosuje się także w przypadku wniesienia przez Kupującego uwag lub zmian do oferty lub projektu Umowy Sprzedaży przesłanego Kupującemu przez Sprzedającego.
7. Zamówienie Kupującego nie wiąże Sprzedającego, jeśli nie zostanie potwierdzone przez Sprzedającego na piśmie. Sprzedający nie jest zobowiązany do przyjęcia i wykonania zamówienia Kupującego w jakimkolwiek przypadku, także gdy strony pozostają w stałych stosunkach gospodarczych.
8. Miejscem zawarcia Umowy Sprzedaży jest miejsce siedziby Sprzedającego.

Any photographs, specifications, samples and other similar elements shall form trade information intended solely to enable the Parties to conduct negotiations aimed at the conclusion of Sales Agreement and shall not form any covenants on the part of the Seller concerning the offered Commercial Goods. The aforementioned information shall not form the basis for questioning the Commercial Goods delivered by the Seller, interpreting provisions of the Sales Agreement and lodging any claims by the Buyer against the Seller. All arrangements made by the Parties, including those concerning specification of the purchased Commercial Goods, shall be specified by the Sales Agreement.
6. In the event the Buyer provides the Seller with an order for the purchase of specific Commercial Goods, the Buyer’s order shall be deemed an invitation to commence negotiations concerning the conclusion of Sales Agreement referred to in par. 1. The same is applied in the event the Buyer makes comments or suggests changes to the offer or draft Sales Agreement sent to the Buyer by the Seller.
7. The Buyer’s order shall not be binding for the Seller unless it is confirmed by the Seller in writing. The Seller shall not be required to accept and complete the Buyer’s order in any case, also when the Parties remain in steady economic relations.
8. The Sales Agreement shall be concluded at the registered office of the Seller.

2 Kodeks Postępowania Spółki
Spółka Plastipak określiła podstawowe zasady, wytyczne i standardy postępowania etycznego, które muszą być przestrzegane i wspierane przez wszystkich pracowników w ich obszarach kompetencji.

Employer and Employee are contractually bound to each other on the basis of the contract of employment dated _________ . Owing to his/her activity as Regional Sales Director, the Employee is granted access to confidential information, especially the access to the bonus section at PM Office (PMO) after a minimum of 12 months employment period with PM.
§ 1 Obligation to maintain secrecy (object and scope)
(1) For the duration of the employment relationship that exists between the two parties, the Employee commits him/herself to maintaining secrecy with regard to any business and trade secrets of the Employer which are disclosed to him/her or which become known to him/her during the exercise of his or her activity or on the occasion of this activity on behalf of the Employer, in particular regarding internal operational information and work processes.
(2) Business or trade secrets only include those facts associated with the business operation of the Employer which are not publicly known, but only known to a restricted group of persons, in the non-disclosure of which the Employer has a legitimate economic interest and which according to his expressed or at least apparent intention also shall remain secret.
(43 The obligation to maintain secrecy does not cover such information, either, which is available to everybody or the disclosure of which is obviously without any disadvantage for the Employer. If the Employee is in doubt whether or not the concrete case is subject to the obligation to maintain secrecy, he or she will be obliged to obtain an instruction of the Employer’s management whether or not a certain fact has to be treated confidentially.
(4) Any and all obligations on the part of the Employee shall remain effective even after termination of the employment relationship.
§ 2 Contractual penalty
Without prejudice to a possible damage compensation claim, the two parties agree to a contract penalty of EUR 10.000,-- for each culpable breach of this agreement by the employee.

Pracodawca i Pracownik pozostają w stosunku umownym nawiązanym na podstawie umowy o pracę z dnia _________. Ze względu na charakter swoich obowiązków na stanowisku Regionalnego Dyrektora Sprzedaży, Pracownik otrzymuje dostęp do informacji poufnych, zwłaszcza dostęp do sekcji premii w PM Office (PMO), po co najmniej 12 miesiącach zatrudnienia w PM.
§ 1 Zobowiązanie do zachowania poufności (cel i zakres)

Jeśli Pracownik ma wątpliwości, czy dana sytuacja podlega obowiązkowi zachowania poufności, Pracownik zobowiązuje się uzyskać od zarządu Pracodawcy wskazówki dotyczące tego, czy pewne fakty muszą być traktowane jako poufne.
(4) Wszystkie obowiązki po stronie Pracownika pozostają wiążące również po wypowiedzeniu stosunku pracy.
§ 2 Kara umowna
Bez uszczerbku dla możliwego roszczenia odszkodowawczego, obie strony uzgadniają karę umowną w wysokości 10.000,- euro z tytułu każdego zawinionego naruszenia niniejszej Umowy przez Pracownika.

Source text - English Temat przemocy w rodzinie jest dość często podejmowany w pracach naukowych jak i bardziej popularnych opracowaniach. Przyczyną tego jest jej znaczne rozpowszechnienie i negatywny , społeczny odbiór. Wielu autorów próbuje zrozumieć istotę tego zjawiska, zgłębić je i opisać. Zwraca uwagę, że nie wszystkie wyciągane przez autorów wnioski popart są w pełni badaniami empirycznymi. W Polsce zjawisko przemocy jest dość powszechne i trudno oszacować jego rozmiary. Każdego roku trafia do sądu tysiące spraw o znęcanie się nad rodziną a policja rejestruje w tym czasie około miliona tzw. „awantur domowych”. Istotą przemocy jest wykorzystywanie siły lub władzy w celu krzywdzenia innych. Szczególny charakter ma ona gdy dokonuje się w rodzinie. Problematyka przemocy jest złożona i może być rozpatrywana w różnych płaszczyznach. W opracowaniu dokonano przeglądu dostępnego piśmiennictwa w zakresie ogólnej wiedzy na ten temat koncentrując się głównie na opisie sprawcy przemocy w rodzinie.

The problem of domestic violence is discussed relatively often both in research papers and articles for the general public. It is due to the notable prevalence of the phenomenon and its negative social perception. Many authors try to examine, investigate and describe the nature of the problem. However, it should be pointed that not all conclusions are based on empirical evidence. Physical violence is quite common in Poland and it is difficult to estimate its extent. Each year, the courts examine thousands of cases of family abuse, while at the same time the police registers about a million cases of “family rows”. The use of force or power in order to harm others is the essence of violence. It obtains a special meaning when it occurs within a family. The problem of violence is complex and can be discussed from various points of view. The present article provides a review of current literature concerning the subject in general, with the main focus on the characteristics of a domestic violence perpetrator.
