English to Malay: A step by step guide to preparing and injecting ENBREL using pre-filled syringe
Source text - English •The 3 recommended injection sites for ENBREL using a pre-filled
syringe include: (1) the front of the middle thighs; (2) the abdomen,
except for the 5 cm area right around the navel; and (3) the outer area
of the upper arms
•A different site should be used for each new injection. Each new
injection should be given at least 3 cm from an old site. Do not inject
into areas where the skin is tender, bruised, red or hard. Avoid areas
with scars or stretch marks
•If you have psoriasis, you should try not to inject directly into any
raised, thick, red or scaly skin patches (“psoriasis skin lesions”)

•Setiap suntikan hendaklah disuntik di bahagian yang berlainan.
Jarak setiap suntikan hendaklah sekurang-kurangnya 3 cm dari bahagian yang lama. Jangan disuntik di bahagian kulit yang sakit, lebam, merah atau keras. Elakkan bahagian yang berparut atau stria kehamilan(“stretch marks”)
•Sekiranya anda menghidap psoriasis, elakkan daripada menyuntik

Bio
I started my translation service about two years ago. I reside in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. I am a Malay by ethnic and Malay is my mother tongue.
I lived in England for 3 years where I earned my B.Sc. (Hons) Finance and Accounting. I read my translation certification from Malaysian National Institute of Translation.
I have worked in music, auction, MLM as well as telecommunication industries for almost 10 years before I decided to become a full time freelance translator.
Within a year I have translated various types of document for clients from Medical, Health , Education (universities), Pharmaceutical, Chemical industries and few others.
I have done work for Ministry of Health Malaysia, Open University Malaysia and Wyeth Pharmaceutical just to name a few.
I am proud to say that all my clients are very happy with my work. My services are affordable and most importantly I have never missed my deadline.
