Grzyby zasiedlające cebule tulipana i bulwy krokusa oraz ocena przydatności wybranych preparatów biotechnicznych w ich zwalczaniu
Celem pracy było wyizolowanie mikroorganizmów zasiedlających chore cebule tulipana ogrodowego i bulwy krokusa uprawnego następnie zidentyfikowanie wyosobnionych izolatów grzybowych oraz ocena w warunkach in vitro wpływu preparatów (Biochikol 020 PC, Bioczos BR, Biosept 33 SL) na wzrost liniowy grzybni: Alternaria alternata, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani, Penicillium verrucosum var. corymbiferum. Jako standardowy preparat chemiczny zastosowano Bravo 500 SC.
Spośród wyizolowanych grzybów zasiedlających chore cebule tulipana ogrodowego najczęściej występowały: Penicillium verrucosum var. corymbiferum, Fusarim oxysporum, Alternaria alternata oraz Fusarium solani. Z chorych bulw krokusa uprawnego wyizolowano następujące gatunki grzybów: Penicillium simplicissimum, Fusarium oxysporum oraz Chaetomium crispatum.
Wszystkie testowane preparaty statystycznie istotni ograniczyły wzrost liniowy grzybni badanych patogenów. Aktywność fungistatyczna testowanego preparatu zależała od gatunku grzyba, rodzaju preparatu, oraz jego stężenia.

Fungi inhabiting the tulip bulbs and crocus tubers and evaluation of usefulness of selected biotechnical preparations in fighting against them
The aim of the thesis was to isolate microorganisms inhabiting sick garden tulip bulbs and saffron crocus tubers, afterwards, to identify separated fungi isolates as well as to evaluate the influence of preparations (Biochikol 020 PC, Bioczos BR, Biosept 33 SL) in in vitro circumstances on the linear growth of the mycelium: Alternaria alternata, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani, Penicillium verrucosum var. corymbiferum. Bravo 500 SC was used as the standard chemical preparation.
From among the separated fungi inhabiting the sick garden tulip bulbs the most frequent were: Penicillium verrucosum var. corymbiferum, Fusarim oxysporum, Alternaria alternata oraz Fusarium solani. From
the sick saffron crocus tubers the following fungi species were isolated: Penicillium simplicissimum, Fusarium oxysporum and Chaetomium crispatum. All tested preparations has statistically significantly limited the linear growth of the mycelium of examined pathogens. The fungistatic activity of the tested preparation depended on the species of fungi, the kind of preparation as well as its concentration.
