On, doduše, hranu nije plaćao.
Translation - English He came to the knowledge by stubbornly assembling the details scattered throughout all his dreams.
He was going through a dark tunnel again, with walls, in a shape of an arc, which had the sharpness and the coldness of Arctic crystals. He was wading in a shallow then in a deeper morass of yellowish, oily-greasy colour in which human feces were swimming covered in pale frost. It was getting colder and colder. The source of coldness was apparently at the bottom of the labyrinth, around which thick dakness was gathering, like a shadow that lost its shape, so it was taking that back with his every step. Releasing an ice storm, the shadow was waiting for its body. It was standing in every dream, always at the same place at the bottom of mysterious tunnels, never making it to have a form or a name.
It waited for him in his dreams from where he was startled by last night’s storm. Only now he knew where he could find it. The crossed contours of the path of the light as a six–sided polished gem with a truncated sixth junction as a radiograph of the skeletons of his nightly routes, did not as he thought represent a picture of a starfish nor a picture of David’s Star but the layout of the Heathrow Airport as a heraldic sign, standing on the cover of the book “Air Traffic Control, a man-machine system”. The texbook was used at the second level technological studies at the Open University and accidentally got his attention. It was lying closed beside young Charley Rees, who was known to be crazy for airplanes. There was, of course not a chance for Charley Rees ever to operate an airplane, not even to fly one, especially not to coach flight crossings in an airport from the control tower, but that certainty, only inaccessible to him, did not weaken the young man's will to find out everything the book could offer about aeronautics. And then, not paying attention to the environment, terribly busy in his worlds, imagining that he is sitting behind control yokes of a jumbo jet airplane with turbojet engine, in a deadly collision course or in front of the busiest screens of the flight control, where with the impersonal voice of a champion, clears the aviational chaos above the airport. The employment of Charley in such an aeronautical rush, gave him the opportunity to skim through the book. While Charley, the conscientious, sweating abundantly was staring at an invisible screen, filled with illuminated positions of the objects in motion, and in regard to them issued laconic instructions, he examined the picture on the cover.
There was no doubt. In the layout of Heathrow, a hexagonal diamond, polished in the form of a truncated star, mysterious was the route where he walked during his dreams and he always found himself in the middle of the windy tunnel, where shielded by ice, a shadow waited for him without a form, a face or a name.
He lived in South Ealing. Heathrow belonged to the munincipality of Hillingdon. He knew where he was approximately by the airplanes that flew during the day. Before dawn, damp from the fog, as the storm left roaring toward the northeast, wet and frostbitten, he found himself in front of a brightly illuminated car tunnel, above which by clumsy neon letters “WELCOME TO HEATHROW AIRPORT!” was written. Immediately afterwards he heard the first airplanes taking flight on the invisible runways.
He reached his goal. In the elusive territory of dreams. Somewhere in the terminals which were waking up from a nightly letargy or somewhere in the space between them was the answer he came for. Before he climbed up to the roof garden, he wandered between airport beehives, whose sparkling glass honeycombs dimmed the quick shadows of passengers.
He did not receive the answer. He still did not know why he was brought here.
He was hungry. Last night he had a poor supper. His nerves predicted storm. He had some change in his pocket with which he could buy food. Few pounds maybe. He was not used to care for money. He never knew how much he got. Or does he have any. Concerns, important for most of the people, never engaged his attention. He just did not understand some things. A man, for example, was not allowed to do the most natural thing in the world: to say that he is hungry. In fact, he could, just nobody would feed him. Nobody would feel responsible because he is hungry. He has to pay for his food or not to eat. He however, did not pay for food. He was fed. Always at a particular time. At any other time he did no dare to be hungry. He was allowed, in fact, but he would not get food.

Kérdőives felmérés segitségével értékeltem a szülők elégedettségi szintjét.
Translation - English The forming of a healthy lifestyle should begin in childhood. It is important for children to become familiar with a healthy, balanced and moderate diet at an early age. During their development, children can learn it primarily from their parents and later in particular nursery and primary schools.
I visited nursery schools, primary schools and an external supplier company in the municipality of Óbecse as a part of my practical work. I have studied the legislations concerning children’s meals and their practical implementation in institutions. With the help of a questionnaire survey I evaluated the parents’ satisfaction level. In the nursery school the legislations for children’s meals are more rigorous and the parents’ satisfaction level is much higher. However, children spend less time in primary schools, therefore the institutions do not pay sufficient amount of attention to single meals. With the increase of the children’s age, the strictness of the law decreases and the parents’ focus shifts to the meal prices.
General field: Medical Detailed field: Medical: Health Care
Translation - English According to the data provided by the “Dr Milan Jovanović Batut” Institute of Public Health of Serbia, since the beginning of the epidemic in 1985 until November 20th, 2012, 2820 people infected with HIV were registered in the Republic of Serbia, out of which 1620 are suffering from/fell ill with AIDS (57% of all registered HIV positive individuals), and 1126 HIV positive individuals died (1038 died from AIDS, and 88 from diseases or conditions not related to HIV infections).
• Belgrade is the most severely affected by the HIV epidemic, but at the same time the largest number of people are tested there.
• In the period between January and November 2012, there were 95 newly registered individuals infected with HIV.
• In this same period, 26 individuals were diagnosed with AIDS, while 11 died from AIDS.
Since 1997, Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy (HAART) is available in the Republic of Serbia free of charge, that is, all the expenses of the treatment are funded by the Republic Health Insurance Institute for all those covered by insurance for whom/where/in case the treatment is indicated/necessary/recommended. Since 2008, the treatment of HIV infections is decentralized, namely, it is realized/carried out at the Institute for Infectious and Tropical Diseases at the Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade, at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina in Novi Sad, at the Clinical Center in Niš, and since/as of 2009, at the Clinical Center in Kragujevac. During the period between 2009 and 2011, there has been a significant increase of the number of HIV-infected individuals at treatment by combined antiretroviral therapy (from 330 individuals at the end of 2003 to 1000 individuals at the end of 2011), and а significant reduction of infections and deaths caused by AIDS has been registered from the year 2000.
