Source text - English All notices, demands or other communications required or permitted to be given or made hereunder shall be in writing and delivered personally or sent by prepaid registered post (by air-mail if to and from an address outside Singapore) with recorded delivery, or by telefax (verified by answer-back code) or facsimile addressed to the intended recipient thereof at its address or at its telefax or facsimile number (or to such other address, telex number or facsimile number as either party may from time or time duly notify the other). Any such notice, demand or communication shall be deemed to have been duly served (if given or made by telex as aforesaid or facsimile) immediately or (if given or made by letter) 48 hours after posting or (if given or made to or from an address outside Singapore) 2 days after posting and in proving the same it shall be sufficient to show that the envelope containing the same was duly addressed, stamped and posted.
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Singapore. The parties hereto expressly consent, and submit themselves, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Singapore in relation to this agreement.
Translation - Japanese 本契約下で必要とされ、履行および実行することが許可された全ての通知、要求、もしくは他の連絡は、書面によって行い個人的に渡したもの、あるいは目的とする受取人の住所、テレファクス番号またはファックス番号宛（もしくは一方の当事者がその時々で一方の当事者に対して通知した他の住所、テレックス番号、またはファックス番号宛に）に行った、配達証明記録のついた料金前払いの書留郵便（シンガポール国外の住所が宛先、発信元である場合は、航空便で）、もしくはテレファクス（アンサーバックコードで証明したもの）あるいはファクシミリで行ったものでなければならない。当該通知、要求、通信はすべて、（前述のテレックスまたはファクシミリで行う場合は）即座に、または（書簡で行う場合は）投函後48時間、もしくは（シンガポール国外の住所へ行う、または国外の住所から行う場合は）投函後2日内に適法になされたと見なされるものとする。そして、前述のことを証明する場合、同様物が含まれる封筒に正しく宛名が書かれ、切手が貼られ、投函されたことを証するのみで十分とする。

Post tour costs will be your responsibility. XX will process your flights accordingly and will pass your requested tour booking on to the YY tour company for processing.
FLIGHTS
Once your registration has been processed, your XX host will book group flights from your closest city to KK, YY and return from KK back to the same city. If you choose to travel on a post-event tour, your flights will be finalised by XX to suit.

I studied American literature in the 19th century at the graduate school of Waseda university in Japan and received master's degree.After graduating from it ,I finished the four correspondence courses of translation school in the field of literature, computer,finance and patent filling.
Since 1987,I have many experiences in translation in a variety of fields both at the translation companies and as a freelancer.
My expertise are human resources, management,healthcare ,art ,education,tourism (airlines and hotels)and cosmetics.
I have worked mainly for Japanese companies so far .However I decided to work for companies in many countries by being a member of ProZ.
As I work on Japanese timezone,I can work for translation companies whose time-zone difference is within 9 hours from Japanese one(GMT ＋9.Otherwise I can't make contact with you easily.Fortunately ,two companies found me on ProZ and have given me projects continuously.So I am busy everyday.
