Bio

Dutch-English bilingual household. B.A. in Foreign Languages with a
concentration in German and 54 credits towards an M.A. in Translation. Three
years of residence in Germany. Five years of experience as a translator
(German>English) for Gengo and five years of experience as a subcontractor
(German>English) while studying. Familiar with specialist terminology in a
number of fields. Computer literacy, fast typing skills, use of keyboard
shortcuts. Familiar with several CAT tools. Deadline-oriented with a high level
of commitment to service and excellent writing and communication skills. TestDaF
score of 20.
