Source text - Arabic يقصد بالسياسة المالية تحديد الدولة لمصادر دخلها واوجه الصرف لهذا الدخل اي بايضاح اكثر من اين ياتي الدخل واي المصادر؟ واين يصرف ؟ يتم ذلك من اجل تحقيق الدولة لاهدافها الاجتماعية وانجاح سياستها الاقتصادية المتبعة. ومن المعلوم طبعاً ان كل ذلك مرتبط بالانفاق الحكومي
وعند النظر لمصادر الدخل فانها تتنوع من دولة الى اخرى وتختلف اهميتها النسبية ايضاً من دولة الى اخرى حيث بعض الدول تعتمد بشكل كبير على دخلها من الضرائب ولذلك تشكل الضرائب اهمية بالنسبة لها بينما دول كالسعودية يشكل البترول بالنسبة لها اهمية اكبر لانه مصدر دخلها الاكبر .
Translation - French Qu'est-ce que la politique monétaire ?
La politique monétaire permet à l’État de déterminer ses sources de revenus et les différents aspects de dépenses, et plus précisément d’où provient les revenus et de quelles sources ? Et où est-ce qu’ils vont ? Ceci est fait dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs sociaux et réussir la politique économique suivie. Bien entendu, il faut indiquer que tout cela est lié aux dépenses du gouvernement.
Lorsqu'on envisage les sources des revenus, cela varie d'un pays à un autre état selon l'importance relative également. en fait, certains États comptent beaucoup sur les impôts et les taxes, tandis que les pays tels que l'Arabie Saoudite se basent sur le pétrole comme la plus grande source de revenus.
