I am a native Italian freelance translator, transcreator, revisor and proofreader (ES>IT, EN>IT and IT=IT) specialized in TOURISTIC, MARKETING, E-COMMERCE and MEDICAL TRANSLATIONS (and I also translate commercial, legal, technical and general texts).

I also handle LOCALIZATION and TRANSCREATION projects.

I consider myself a very meticulous, scrupulous, precise and perfectionist person, with excellent planning skills and management abilities. During my year as a freelance translator, I have learned how to plan the work, always meticulously checking the deliveries quality and respecting the data confidentiality.

Thanks to the experience gained in a linguistic agency and by working with various translation agencies and a marketing agency, I have acquired important organizational skills and I have learned how to handle stress and pressure due to deadlines.

During my years as a freelance translator, I have learned how to negotiate the working terms with clients (prices, estimates, deadlines, etc.), how to manage the orders and the invoicing and how to plan the work, always meticulously checking the deliveries quality and respecting the data confidentiality.

I have a good inclination to come into play and help whoever is in trouble, as well as to cooperate in team in order to elaborate and carry out a project. Nevertheless, I prefer to work by my-self or to lead a group in first person in order to achieve an excellent final result.

Moreover, the fact I have spent some periods abroad (and that I have been living in Madrid for years) gave me the chance to widen my horizons and become more elastic, allowing me to solve quickly situations of problem solving. This has also allowed me to achieve a good level of interculturality and opening to "the other".

In order to develop my Master’s final Thesis, I have carried out a research period in Madrid (Spain) and then graduated “summa cum laude”.

I have acquired advanced communication and intercultural mediation skills, in particular with Italian, Spanish and English speakers and developed good relational skills during my experience of back-up for the study of foreign languages with students aged 11-37 years old.

- the Office Suite tools (word processor, spreadsheets, presentations software, databases);

- the Internet (research engines, databases, e-mail accounts, web pages, etc.).
