Source text - German Ein Luftfrachtführer kann zum Umsetzen von Tandemsprüngen in Deutschland auch ausländisches Personal mit gültiger Tandemberechtigung als Erfüllungsgehilfe(n) einsetzen. Dazu muss die jeweilige Person ein gültiges Anerkennungszertifikat des Beauftragten innehalten.
Jede Anerkennung wird dazu bis maximal zum 31.12. des Kalenderjahres erteilt. Sollte die zu Grunde liegende Berechtigung dabei früher ablaufen, dann darf die Anerkennung auch nur bis zum besagten Zeitpunkt genutzt werden. Erlischt die zu Grunde liegende Berechtigung vorzeitig bzw. wird aus irgendeinem Grunde für ungültig oder ruhend erklärt, erlischt zeitgleich auch die Anerkennung. Ein solches Erlöschen ist dem Beauftragten und zuständigen Tandemverantwortlichen unverzüglich zu melden.
Translation - English A dropzone/tandem operator may use foreign rated TPs to conduct tandem descents on condition that each such individual foreign rating has been recognised by the Authorised Association. The TP needs to be in possession of a certificate of recognition issued by the Authorised Association.
Each recognition is issued with an expiry date of 31 December of the year of issue. If the underlying rating lapses sooner than this, the recognition must not be used beyond this time. If the underlying rating was to expire early or was declared invalid or retired for some reason, the recognition expires at the same time. Any such early expiration should be reported to the Authorised Association and the Tandemverantwortlichen immediately.
