Source text - English Scleroderma is a rare, chronic rheumatic disease that affects an estimated 300,000 Americans, primarily females who are 30 to 50 years old at onset. The overall occurrence is 1 per 1,000 (0.001% of the 310 million U.S. population) and the ratio of women to men is about four to one.
Types of Scleroderma
There are two main types of scleroderma: Localized and Systemic.
The systemic forms can affect any part of the body (skin, blood vessels, and internal organs.) The systemic forms are also referred to as "systemic sclerosis" plus other terms such as diffuse, limited, CREST, and overlap.
The localized forms are morphea and linear. They affect only the skin (and sometimes the underlying tissues) but do not affect the internal organs, or reduce one's life expectancy in any way.
When any form of scleroderma (either localized or systemic) occurs in children, it is also called Childhood Scleroderma or Juvenile Scleroderma.

Tipi di Sclerodermia
Esistono due tipologie principali di Sclerodermia: Localizzata e Sistemica.
Le forme sistemiche possono colpire qualsiasi parte del corpo (cute, vasi sanguigni ed organi interni). Queste forme prendono, a seconda delle manifestazioni cliniche, i nomi di Diffusa, Limitata, CREST ed Overlap (sovrapposizione).
Le forme localizzate sono la Morfea e la Lineare, che colpiscono solo la cute (e qualche volta i tessuti sottocutanei) ma non attaccano gli organi interni e non riducono l'aspettativa di vita in nessun modo.
Nel caso la Sclerodermia, sia questa localizzata o sistemica, colpisca i bambini, viene detta Sclerodermia dell'Infanzia o Sclerodermia Giovanile.

4)la frequenza del corso accademico è di un minimo di 20 ore settimanali, suddivise in lezioni di canto, lezioni di arte scenica, e stage di perfezionamento
5)per l' ammissione all'accademia in qualità di effettivo ,il candidato dovrà inviare insieme alla domanda di iscrizione il curriculum vitae e un dvd o un cd dove vengono eseguiti almeno due brani del repertorio lirico o presentarsi per un audizione in data da stabilirsi prima dell'inizio del corso accademico.
6)lo studente non ammesso in qualità di allievo effettivo, e comunque interessato a partecipare alle attività pratiche dell'Accademia, potrà partecipare alle lezioni in qualità di allievo uditore.
7)la quota di iscrizione per l'anno accademico 2012/2013 è di euro 150,00.
8)dopo la conferma dell'avvenuta ammissione come effettivo per l'anno in corso ,lo studente sarà tenuto improrogabilmente a regolarizzare la propria posizione presso la segreteria dell’Accademia.
9)l'anno scolastico inizia nel mese di settembre e finisce nel mese di giugno e nel mese di agosto ci saranno i corsi di perfezionamento al costo aggiuntivo da definirsi.
10)gli studenti dell'Accademia sono obbligati a partecipare ai saggi e ai concerti organizzati dall'Accademia stessa.
11)la durata del corso è triennale con il seguente programma: 1°anno canto ,arte scenica , lingua italiana (per stranieri a pagamento)e concerto finale.2° anno canto, arte scenica e recital finale. 3° anno preparazione di un 'opera intera.
12)l’attestato di frequenza al corso di canto lirico dell'Accademia verrà rilasciato agli allievi effettivi che avranno frequentato almeno il 75% delle lezioni programmate. Agli allievi uditori verrà rilasciato un attestato di partecipazione.

5) In order to be admitted into the academy as a regular student, candidates must submit along with the application form their resume and a dvd or cd with at least two pieces of their opera repertoire or appear for an audition on a date to be set before the beginning of the academic year.
6) Those students not admitted as regular students, but still interested in participating in the practical activities of the Academy, will be able to attend classes as auditors.
7) The enrolment fee for the 2012/2013 academic year is € 150.00.
8) After confirmation of admission as a regular student for the current year, you will be immediately required to submit payment for the course at the Academy secretary's office.
9) The academic year starts in September and ends in June. In August, there will be specialized courses at an additional cost that hasn’t be determined yet.
10) The students of the Academy are required to participate in performances and concerts organized by the Academy.
11) It’s a three year course with the following program: 1st year - singing, scenic art, Italian language (for foreigners) and a final exhibition. 2nd year - singing, scenic art and a final recital. 3rd year - preparation of an entire opera.
12) A certificate of attendance to the Academy opera course will be issued to those students who will have attended at least 75% of the classes. Auditors will receive a certificate of participation.
