: Although Hans Wehr is the least reliable source for legal language in Yemen, this wording happens to be the closest to the current language, except that there is a code for civil procedure, a code for criminal procedure, a code for penal procedure, etc..

Civil Procedure is one of the first-year law school courses mandated by the American Bar Association.[1
