Thank you for you comments... I was not sure about the En. translation as this term is specific to some Arab countries... In Syria for ex. it is forbidden to do such kind of business...

the analysis below is correct but the term you're looking for is "contract of agency" whereby a principal appoints an agent.

Hey Targamat, I agree with the definition in Arabic that you provided. However, for me, this is in line with the Wikipedia's definition of "contract agency": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agency_agreement

"An agency agreement is a legal contract creating a fiduciary relationship whereby the first party ("the principal") agrees that the actions of a second party ("the agent") binds the principal to later agreements made by the agent as if the principal had himself personally made the later agreements."
