French to English Medical Medical (general) Hospital report of acute condition

This is at the top of the list of values/counts of the different tests for the patient. It is on the same level as this patient's address, just underneath the hospital's official header. In this area of the page there is also details of the date, patient's birth date, date report was printed.

I wonder if this has something to do with the circulation/distribution of the information. Apart from that, I have no idea.
