English to Portuguese Law/Patents Law (general) non-molestation order

Upon hearing Solicitor for the Applicant and the Respondent not having been given notice of this application, His Honour Judge Copley ordered that:
(1) The respondent Mr John Doe is forbidden to use or threaten violence against the applicant Mrs Jane Doe and must not instruct, encourage or in any way suggest that any other person should do so
(2) XXXX
(3) Liberty to the Respondent to request a hearing to vary or discharge this order by giving 48 hours notice.
