I can find many references to this term on Google in a financial context, but I cannot seem to find an appropriate translation in English.

Any suggestions warmly received.

Context: "Herudover falder finanslovstilskuddene forventeligt med 30 mio. kr. fra 2012 til 2017 i faste kroner, og huslejen stiger med 65 mio. kr. i samme periode."
