: En fait, tous les coûts assumés par le prestataire sont facturés au client, soit à frais fixes (comme les coûts du traitement de retours) ou au coûtant. // Je n'y crois pas, François. La concurrence ne régit pas mes politiques internes.

Cela veut dire que l'etat de la concurrence permet de facturer toue charge nouvelle au client. Dans le cas contraire, le prestastaire de services serait force de reduire ses marges
