Lotfi, as I understood that the exact words which troubled Mr. Solomon were (المراجع المعتمدة) since the remaining seemed easier to dismantle (I stand to be corrected). Instead of saying "referentialities" or "references" I skimmed through Google results and found that "terms of reference" was used widely in political contexts and its equivalent "Memorandum Of Understanding", is used in a business context, since both terms mean the ground rules for any future Agreements.

Yes, Ismail, I turned to believe that "terms of reference" is the right term here. But the article you are referencing to does not contain "International approved peace", it does not even contain "peace terms of reference". I believe that the English structure of "International approved" is incorrect. So, I think that "Peace internationally recognized terms of reference" or "internationally recognized Peace terms of reference" is closer to the correctness.

Very honestly,I have noticed that despite some attempts are correct but do not have a native flair.I do believe that "humanities" translation needs to have much more transcreation than translation.

Thank you, butdoes anyone have any certainty here? Would you have any example of the phrase being used in an English text relating to the ME Peace Process. This is a speech by a Jordanian Minister - so it will be using regularly understood phrases and terms.
