English term
business mind
English to French
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
agile mindset
Agile Mindset
Much like the widespread adoption of the lean startup method, the agile mindset approach has also gained popularity in recent years.
An agile mindset can be split up into:
The business goal
The way that work will be done to meet the goal
Organizational structure
According to Forbes, the agile mindset approach can be established through a change in the three areas mentioned.
If we look at business goals, the standard was to focus on pleasing shareholders and making money for the company.
However, if an agile mindset is to be adopted, businesses need to become much more customer-centric.
In the agile world, the customer dominates the ***MIND OF THE BUSINESS***.
Therefore, the goal becomes to create solutions that will provide more value to the customers.
Merci

: Il me semble qu'on dit plutôt "esprit entrepreneurial".

English term (edited):
mind of the business
préoccupations de l'entreprise
In the agile world, the customer dominates the mind of the business.
The customer = top of mind = préoccupation principale
dominate = being the most important thing = le client au centre

Discussion
As the summer months come to an end, one thing dominates the mind of every parent and student: "Back to school."

In the meantime I am reposting a question
Thanks
I am indeed looking for "mind of the business".
Thank you for pointing this out.
