I think "rum" should be interpreted here as plural "rooms". You could write fitness and health facilities to avoid the use of room.

correction (garbelled sentence) the are basically for health: sports/physical fitness, and the sundhedsrum for health advice. so basically the same thing. But why lump them together in the same phrase??
