contract, conditions and requirements
...it's part of a contract-like document (Standard General Requirements Document), and I think I could translate it as "revizní protokol" or "revizní deník". It looks as a table with three columns: revision number on the left, date in the middle, and change description on the right. So, which is the usual translation? Thanks a lot for your kind advice!

: Autor se ovšem ptá na "revision log", ne na "list of changes" (nebo changelog); podle mě se nedá vše vyřešit opisem přes ruštinu zpět do angličtiny.
