(Key Employee Positions of Your Company)
"date of relation"=Ημερομηνία έναρξης σχέσης = date of appointment

Related VAT Number IF (and that's a big if) there was ever a word before VAT, it would probably have been 'relevant', and it just wouldn't be translated in English. Who would record 'irrelevant' VAT numbers?

Στοιχεία is ΟΚ for related. Elements no. I think "Data" is much better...

There is a sentences that goes: "It is hereby certified that the legal entity officially registered and obligated to taxes, is registered with the following elements:
BASIC ELEMENTS OF LEGAL ENTITY" Maybe this could help you find the original online. Thank you.

Agree with PROSGR Whilst the forms I have are mainly for private individuals, they all just use terms like "VAT Number", "Position" etc. There is no other word used which even resembles 'related'. The first "RELATED" as a heading is probably ΣΤΟΙXΕΙΑ (details) .

The other 'related's, if they ever existed in the original, could be 'declaration' or 'report' e.g, reported VAT number

Original word is almost certainly "Σχετικά"="ABOUT" in this context...

Yes, it talk about a Tax office and about the company in general, what it does, etc. I have figured out most of it but this "RELATED" addles my brain.
The problem is, it doesn't have a title. It talks about "Certificate of Commencement of Operation of a Legal Entity", Fiscal Bureau, Register, Time, Declaration Number (I wonder what that is), etc.

Personal data Yes. But phrases like "Type of relation" make no sense at all in English, so the asker will have trouble translating it into the target language.

What's the title of the document? If we can try to back-translate the title of the document, we might even find the original form on-line somewhere.

Tax bureau That will be the ΔΟΥ - literally the "Public Financial Service", but usually just called the Tax Office in English, since it deals with...tax!

Thank you. Unfortunately, I don't speak any Greek. All I have is a text in English (well, sort of) that was translated from Greek.

I have a section that says:

RELATED:

Related VAT number:
Tax bureau: Resident of abroad
Type of relation: Manager
Date of relation:

Unfortunately, I don't have the Greek original, otherwise I would have Googled it and figured something out, I guess.

How bad could the original translation be??? Συνδέω can mean "relate" and "join", so could this actually be the dates and ways in which people joined the company, or became somehow connected with the company??
