経営者が発言あるいは文書にて発表するのと、従業員が同じことをするのではインパクトが全く違ってきます。前者は会社全体の意向、後者は単なる一従業員の意見や見解となります。ただ、誤解を避けるために、あくまでも一従業員の個人的な意見/見解である、というただし書きを入れてください、ということです。
