The restaurant wants you know it has these attractive features.
Why you say only the first part be translated? Unless you are so instructed, you should translated the whole caption.
So here's my suggestion:

- 5 mn from the hotel ---- It doesn't say whether 5 mn is on foot, or on driving, so I would say ホテルからわずか5分
- Seaview (すばらしい)海の眺め
- Professional advice of french wine (お客さまの)ワイン(のご選択)にはプロがアドバイスをさしあげます。

My answer could be more complicated than you want. By isn't that what our job is all about?

This is more welcoming I think.

You could also say:
ホテルより5分、海の眺め、フレンチワインを専門家がアドバイスいたします。

I think it means, "it takes five minutes from the hotel."
