Moreover, the Seller shall grant a warranty against rust corrosion of truck
cabs for a period of 60 months from the date of first registration or 66
months from the date of completion by the Seller / delivery of xKD sets
from the Seller to the Purchaser, whichever occurs first.
Prerequisites for this are as follows:
Any preservation work in accordance with the maintenance instructions
must be carried out by an authorised workshop (the Purchaser must
provide the Seller with proof or the warranty shall expire)

б). On account of defects in the driveline subassemblies (engine, gearbox,
transfer case and drive axle(s))

costs, packaging, financing costs) shall be charged extra
