German term

abgemuscht (ausgenommen)

German to English Art/Literary Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting 18th century text
From an auction catalogue. This is an inscription on the 'portrait' of a pig. I am having problems with 'abgemuscht (ausgenommen)'. The dialect, given the birth town of the painter, may be from Alsace Lorraine. I would be grateful for any help.

“Solches HauptSchwein 6 Schuh lang 3 Sch. 7 zoll... hoch ist in der sogenannten Koberstatt arheilgerForsts den 4n Decemb 1765 lebentig gefangen und von den He. Landgrafen zu Darmstatt Hochfürstlich Durchl. mit Schwärmern erlegt worden. Hat ** abgemuscht (ausgenommen) ** 530 tb? (Pfund?) der Kopf allein 85 tbß gewogen”.

gutted

I'm not sure about "abgemuscht," but ausgenommen means gutted. The way it's written it would seem that abgemuscht and ausgenommen are supposed to be synonyms.
Note from asker:
Thanks again, ntext - as a vegetarian, gutting pigs doesn't come up much in my conversation! I'm very grateful.
