neutral Ron Armon : Basket IS quite often used. Still - doesn't sound right to me in context. I agree with Keren that the very often used Medication-Basket is really missused :-). Since Babylon backs it up - I'm changing my comment to neutral.

As to disagreement - no problem :-) that's what this tool is for. As to your answer - I found it on Babylon: www.babylon.com/definition/סל שירותים/English. That's fine backing. I still believe Babylon is wrong here. BTW: סל שירותים IS מבחר שירותים מוצע

That's what it means, in your context - A special group of services that is eligible for / is subject to some benefits.

I'd use "The" in you context:

The pricelist is set for a specific service group, herein - "The Service Group"

Another option - "Special Service Group"

I think this answer is on the right track, however "group of services" probably sounds better in this context.
