Original phrasing Relevant passage loosely translates to "and that after you registered on your own initative" - my question is what purpose the "on your own initiative" serves, that is, as opposed to what (not on your own initaive, i.e., by others) ?). I just wonder. If one became registered but not on their own initaitve, the whole story does not apply ?
