| Just one question. It seems that "Reverse auction" refers to online auctions mainly. Is there a type of reverse auction that is not online? If you look at this site http://www2.copasa.com.br/servicos/pregao/pregao.asp there are two types of auction, "eletrônico" and "presencial", so clearly, one of them is online and the other is not. |
