Portuguese term

liquidez e a certeza da dívida

Portuguese to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
In a confession of debt, I am not sure whether this means the debt is due net or if there is some better term

Thanks

uncontestability and accuracy of the debt

In Brazil a debt is collectible only if it is precisely quantified and well established. "liquido e certo" is usually translated as "net and certain" but can also be "uncontestable and certain" or "net and accurate" Given the form of the words in this query, I adapted what I usually see. And where some people see "liquido" as "net" I have been told that what it means here is "uncontestable."
