I'm not able to give more context I'm afraid. It's in a list of film titles associated with a nursing course. I know it's angina but I can't get the English for "Vaso-Espástica". Grateful for any assistance.

Encontrei muitas ocorrências para CORONARY SPASTIC ANGINA. É melhor desconsiderar o VESSEL então, apesar de estar correto, mas é menos comum.
