Am I wrong or are Proz members translating the whole text for the asker?
VERLOW WOGLO JR May 16, 2014:
"tune in and stay tuned" sounds great, Verginia! "tune in and don't go anywhere! We'll return after the break/commercials"

Adjust your antennas [and stay tuned!]

Or: "Tune" in and stay with us!

I agree that you can tune an antenna, but I would tell my listeners to just "adjust their antenna and stay tuned", because of the sentence itself: "Ajustem a antena e fiquem ligados!" Tune your antenna and stay tuned, sounds funny.

To tune and antenna (fixed frame) requires equipment, just like the one those satellite/cable guys do to find the best position. It is technical so in order to avoid a literal translation, we are at liberty to translate accordingly.
