Source text - English Program Period: Partner’s participation in this Partner-Plus Program will begin on the first day of the Quarter in which Partner accepts these Partner-Plus Terms and continues until a.) the end date as set forth in the Partner-Plus Use Policy or b.) the last day of the Company A Fiscal Year as applicable (such period, the “Program Period”) unless Partner participation is earlier terminated by Company A or Partner.
Partner-Plus Incentives: Partner shall be eligible to receive the following Partner-Plus Incentives payments subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, on Partner’s Total Purchases of Eligible Products revenue resold by Partner to its customers during a Company A fiscal quarter (“Quarter”).
All Partner-Plus Incentives calculations will be made for each Territory individually.
In no event shall Total Purchases or reporting be combined for a Partner operating in different Territories.
Company A fiscal Quarters typically end April (Q1), July, (Q2) October (Q3), and January (Q4).
