Source text - French Il convient d'utiliser des chaussures antistatiques lorsqu'il est nécessaire de minimiser l'accumulation de charges électrostatiques par leur dissipation, évitant ainsi le risque d'inflammation par exemple, de substances ou vapeurs inflammables, et si le risque de choc électrique d'un appareil électrique ou d'un élément sous tension n'a pas été complètement éliminé. Il convient cependant de noter que les chaussures antistatiques ne peuvent pas garantir une protection adéquate contre le choc électrique puisqu'elles introduisent uniquement une résistance entre le pied et le sol. Si le risque de choc électrique n'a pas été complètement éliminé, des mesures additionnelles pour éviter ce risque sont essentielles. Il convient que ces mesures, ainsi que les essais additionnels mentionnés ci-après, fassent partie des contrôles de routine du programme de prévention des accidents sur le lieu de travail. L'expérience démontre que, pour le besoin antistatique, le trajet de décharge à travers un produit doit avoir, dans des conditions normales, une résistance inférieure à 1000 M à tout moment de la vie du produit. Une valeur de 0,1 M est spécifiée comme étant la limite inférieure de la résistance du produit à l'état neuf, afin d'assurer une certaine protection contre un choc électrique dangereux ou contre l'inflammation, dans le cas où un appareil électrique devient défectueux lorsqu'il fonctionne à des tensions inférieures à 250 V. Cependant, dans certaines conditions, il convient d'avertir les utilisateurs que la protection fournie par les chaussures pourrait se révéler inefficace et que d'autres moyens doivent être utilisés pour protéger, à tout moment, le porteur. La résistance électrique de ce type de chaussure peut être modifiée de manière significative par la flexion, la contamination ou par l'humidité. Ce genre de chaussure ne remplira pas sa fonction si elle est portée dans des conditions humides. Par conséquent, il est nécessaire de s'assurer que le produit est capable de remplir sa mission correctement (dissipation des charges électrostatiques et une certaine protection) pendant sa durée de vie. Il est conseillé au porteur d'établir un essai à effectuer sur place et de vérifier la résistance électrique à intervalles fréquents et réguliers. Les chaussures appartenant à la classe I peuvent absorber l’humidité si elles sont portées pendant de longues périodes et elles peuvent devenir conductrices dans des conditions humides. Si les chaussures sont utilisées dans des conditions où les semelles sont contaminées, il convient de toujours vérifier les propriétés électriques avant de pénétrer dans une zone à risque. Dans les secteurs où les chaussures antistatiques sont portées, il convient que la résistance du sol n'annule pas la protection fournie par les chaussures. A l'usage, il convient qu'aucun élément isolant, à l'exception d'une chaussette normale, ne soit introduit entre la semelle première et le pied du porteur. Si un insert est placé entre la semelle première et le pied, il convient de vérifier les propriétés électriques de la combinaison chaussure / insert.

من الممكن أن تتغير المقاومة الكهربائية لهذا النوع من الأحذية بصورة كبيرة عن طريق الثني أو التلوث أو الرطوبة. لن يؤدي هذا النوع من الأحذية مهمته في حالة إرتدائه في مناخ رطب. وبالتالي، ينبغي التأكد من قدرة الحذاء على أداء مهمته بشكل سليم (تبديد الشحنات الكهروستاتيكية وبعض الحماية) طوال عمره الإفتراضي. كما ننصح مرتدي الحذاء بإجراء تجربة عملية والتأكد من المقاومة الكهربائية على فترات متكررة وثابتة.
تستطيع الأحذية التي تندرج تحت الفئة I أن تمتص الرطوبة في حالة إرتدائها لفترات طويلة، ويمكن أن تصبح مولدة للكهرباء في المناخ الرطب. إذا استُخدمت الأحذية في حالة تلوث النعال، يُنصح بالتأكد الدائم من الخصائص الكهربائية قبل الدخول في منطقة خطر. وفي القطاعات التي يتم فيها إرتداء الحذاء المضاد للإستاتيكية، يجب ألا تتسبب مقاومة الأرضية في إلغاء الحماية التي يوفرها هذا الحذاء لمرتديه. ولا يُسمح أثناء الإستعمال بإستخدام عنصر عازل بين النعل الأول وقدم مُرتدي الحذاء بخلاف الجوارب العادية. وفي حالة وجود جسم مُدرج بين النعل الأول والقدم، يجب التأكد من الخصائص الكهربائية للجمع بين الحذاء والجسم المُدرج.

We conducted our audit in accordance with the Hungarian National Standards on Auditing and applicable laws and regulations in Hungary. Those standards require that we comply with relevant ethical requirements and plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement.
An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. The procedures selected depend on the auditor's judgment, including the assessment of the risks of material misstatement of the fmancial statements, whether due to fraud or error. In making those risk assessments, the auditor considers internal control relevant to the entity's preparation and fair presentation of the financial statements in order to design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness of the entity's internal control. An audit also includes evaluating the appropriateness of accounting principles used and the reasonableness of accounting estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the financial statements.
We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our audit opinion.
