(Zurrida 1998)

Experience
Years of experience: 26. Registered at ProZ.com: Jul 2004.
I specialize in academic and scientific text (abstracts, dissertations and theses, articles for academic journals, etc), medicine, dentistry, tourism, social sciences, and business/commercial text. My clients include translation agencies worldwide, several of which specialize in medical and pharmaceutical translation (back translations, drug trial protocols, informed consents, scientific/medical papers, medical legislation, clinical notes, test results, medical devices/equipment, etc).
I translate only into my native language. I lived in Brazil for ten years, where I was employed as a translator for a large university. I have translated several published novels, and edited many academic papers for international publication.
My rates are negotiated depending on the degree of specialization of the text and the level of urgency. I use Trados Studio 2017.
