Czech term

jednočinný souběh (trestných činů)

Czech to English Law/Patents Law (general) criminal proceedings

Discussion

jankaisler Nov 28, 2010:
The sense of this formulation is: with one/single action are commited more offences - single-action concurrence (of crimes/offences), it is not "joinder" of more crimes in one criminal charge/procedure and "simultaneously" does not express "single-action" feature" ..

simultaneously

Lenka, I would suggest using an adverb in this instance, i.e. occurred simultaneously (doslo v jednocinnem soubehu).
