runout of new paper roll Explanation: In my experience, it is normally called "runout" in this type of situation. This means that when you get a new roll, it wobbles (runout is larger) more than the slightly used roll. One of the countermeasures to correct this problem is to increase the surface pressure applied to the roll slightly in order for the roll to rotate with more stability. |
