Personajul (cine stie ce nume are de fapt? ) nu are domiciliul in Bacau. Pe siteul MJ ati gasit de fapt localitatea unde isi are sediul Camera Notarilor cu competente in zona in care isi are resedinta traducatorul autorizat. In cazul de fata e vorba de Camera Notarilor Bacau care cuprinde si Notarii din jud. Neamt. Cam asta ar fi explicatia.
