I am looking for an OCR soft that can read Japanese language. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm using Read Iris Pro Asian since a long time.

As any OCR program, it's not perfect but it really, really helps.

Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean recognition
Only available on:
- Readiris Pro 12 Asian
- Readiris Corporate 12 Asian

System requirements
- An Intel® Pentium® based PC or equivalent is recommended.

- The Windows® 7, Windows® Vista, Windows® XP operating system (32 & 64 bits).

- Scanners supported: Acer, Agfa, Black Widow, Brother, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Escom, Fujitsu, Genius, HP, Kodak, Lexmark, Logitech, Microtek, Mustek, Niscan, Primax, Ricoh, Silitek, Tamarack, Umax, Visioneer, Xerox, Yellow Dragon etc. and all other Twain compliant devices.

Digital Cameras supported: Canon, Casio, Fuji, HP, Kodak - All TIFF and JPEG formats generated by digital cameras are recognized.

For PDF files, Acrobat Professional is a good OCR for Japanese I always use.
For scanned document, I use Yonde!! koko Ver. 8.
