Unconstitutional for sure, outrageous, out of law, or whatever you named it, county´s or states risk a class action or judicial procedure in order to save money for interpretation services. Practice, as well as many in USA, where people can get back dollars and their rights. Several NPO´s are working hard regarding these issues, help can be stumble on in many places, lot of universities like Harvard, Stanford, UCLA law schools have programs to defend or advice non English speakers, even on lin... Practice, as well as many in USA, where people can get back dollars and their rights. Several NPO´s are working hard regarding these issues, help can be stumble on in many places, lot of universities like Harvard, Stanford, UCLA law schools have programs to defend or advice non English speakers, even on line. Point here is that as far as you get a NYDL or any other state DL you suppose to speak and understand English...
