ΚΑΙ ΤΟ ΔΙΚΑΣΤΗΡΙΟ ΤΟΥΤΟ ΠΕΡΑΙΤΕΡΩ ΔΙΑΤΑΤΤΕΙ όπως οι εναγόμενοι πληρώσουν στην ενάγουσα εταιρεία έξοδα όπως αυτά υπολογίστηκαν από τον πρωτοκολλητή και εγκρίθηκαν από το Δικαστήριο στο ποσό των €916,50σ. με τόκο 5,5% το χρόνο από 17/7/09 μέχρι εξοφλήσεως, πλέον €29,00 έξοδα της απόφασης αυτής, πλέον €121,20 σ. Celebrada la audiencia de la presente demanda en presencia de XXXXXX, abogados de la sociedad demandante, y dada la incomparecencia de los demandados a pesar habérseles hecho entrega debidamente de una copia fiel de la orden de citación a este juicio, y una vez oído cuanto el anterior abogado hubo expuesto,
