Service coordinator discussed the school district transition process with Ms. Lopez. Per eligibility team, a specialized instruction
in home program is being recommended, one day per week / one hour per session. a physical therapy evaluation was done, but
ongoing therapy is not being recommended.
Translation - Spanish La Sra. López está preocupada con respecto a las habilidades adaptativas, socio/emocionales, cognitivas y comunicativas de Karim. A ella le gustaría ver a Karim intentar obtener un objeto que esté cerca, pero fuera de alcance, calmarse con el contacto humano cuando esté molesto, sostener objetos en cada mano y golpearlos juntos, además de mirar hacia el origen de los sonidos.
