More organization-speak. I find more hits for this from Swedish contexts, which is not a good sign. So perhaps you want 'specialist in ... management object' or similar. Like the KTH reference.

Are you doing a CV? Is this IT related? There is such a thing as 'management object' especially in IT contexts.

Records Management Specialist

This is simply a "Records Management Specialist"

(there is not need to translate word-for-word just because it looks like something.
and so something has to be there... And it has to be the same because the same word exists in English. A professional translator has to look at the meaning of what is written, not the sounds.._)
