Hello everybody,

I was wondering if it was possible to change Trados shortcut keys when working with TagEditor. I have changed Trados shortcut keys in Word, but I am not sure if it can be done when Trados is used in combination with TagEditor...

The answer is no, unfortunately: you cannot change the shortcuts assigned in TagEditor.

However, this should be on the "wish list" for the Trados developers, following a detailed discussion on TW_users recently.

Hi Noemí,

There's one external solution, though.

You could resort to a separate tool like Perfect Keyboard, with which you can create macros and assign shortcuts for virtually any application at random. Have a look at http://www.softwareutilities.com.
